Refund Policy
At PawJoy, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
